Speed and reliability.

The KING WiFiMax Pro connects to existing Wi-Fi networks from significantly farther away and at super-fast speeds compared to other devices and the roof-mounted KING Swift antenna connects to networks even further away. Here’s how it works: You connect your laptop to your WiFiMax Pro network. (You create your own Wi-Fi name and password to protect your security on public networks.) You then go to the setup page and scan for nearby networks. With the greater power and range provided by the Swift, the WiFiMax Pro can see the visitor center network and offers it as a choice for you to connect. You choose the network and the WiFiMax Pro connects your RV Wi-Fi to the visitor center’s internet and you are now set to surf the internet from the comfort and privacy of your coach. It’s as simple as that.

Ease of Installation:

If your RV is already pre-wired for KING Wi-Fi products, then installation is easy, and simply requires mounting the KING Swift omni directional wifi antenna to the roof of your coach then connecting it through the pre-wire to the KING WiFiMax Pro Router / Range Extender inside your RV. 

How it works:

The KING Swift outdoor wifi antenna is an omni directional wifi antenna - omni directional wifi antennas work by pulling wireless internet signals from an access point in any direction, with 360 degree coverage  (unlike directional antennas, which can only pick up wifi signals in one direction, and need to be pointed toward the specific direction of the wifi signal, but tend to have a higher dbi rating). Omni directional antennas have a greater area covered but a lesser vertical reach, and a lower dbi rating, so if you are trying to reach wifi signals further than a half mile away, you may want to consider our KING Falcon Directional WiFi Antenna.

The KING Swift outdoor wifi antenna is paired with the WiFiMax Pro router / range extender located inside your coach, which takes the wifi signals and rebroadcasts them on your own private, secure network using both 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz frequencies. Because the Swift is an outdoor antenna, it gives the WiFiMax Pro added signal strength and greater signal range, power and coverage.

Wi-Fi signals are degraded as they move through walls—like those of an RV—slowing data speeds. The outdoor, roof-mounted KING Swift collects and broadcasts Wi-Fi signals before they are degraded, then sends them by a wired connection to the KING WiFiMax Pro , giving you a faster, better-quality Wi-Fi experience.

The KING WiFiMax Pro Wi-Fi Router/Range Extender creates your own personal, private, and secure Wi-Fi network, just like you have in your home. When you are in range of an available Wi-Fi source, or a private network you have the password for—such as a visitor center guest network, coffee shop, hotel, or any other available Wi-Fi source—you simply configure your WiFiMax Pro to connect to that network. Then, it extends the internet access from that network to your own private Wi-Fi network, giving you internet just like you’d have at home. You can connect all of your Wi-Fi-enabled devices, such as laptops, cell phones, tablets, smart TVs, appliances, and more!
